Professional watercolour artist, Gérald Tron has developed an expertise in the hyperrealism. After he traveled Europe, from Scotland to Germany, through Belgium and Norway, he decided to get settled in Naujac-sur-mer. It is indeed at the heart of Médoc that Gérald found the best ground to express his art in wine castles and Atlantic landscapes of the Bordeaux area. Gérald seems to balance the patience and the rigor required by hyperrealism through the creativity and the peace inherent to landscape painting.

 

               The works of Gerald Tron on display this summer on the walls of “La cave des Vignerons d’Uni Médoc” in Gaillan, in the Leclerc shopping center in Lesparre Médoc and on the walls of the “Petit Café” in Euronat, will enable you to discover the charms of our countryside that is the envy of the whole world. A walk through the heart of the vineyards towards the estuary and along the wild shores of our Atlantic coasts with the colours of the Médoc as seen by the artist. Watercolour reveals itself as the perfect means to bring out the luminosity of our region.

 

 

               Why not come and spend a wonderful afternoon with Gérald Tron in one of the two places he has selected for you. You can discover watercolour painting or simply take pleasure whilst painting on Wednesdays in Bégadan at “La Tour de By” château, or on Sundays in the pretty village of Saint Yzans de Médoc.
